GOING BY CAR

How to get to the Ebro Delta by car?

Using the car is the best way to make the most of the Natural Park.

Given that the Delta has a unique location, surrounded by natural landscapes and an uncrowded environment, public transport is limited. For this reason we recommend using the car as a means of transport as it will facilitate the arrival and mobility during our stay.

The Delta is 185 km from Barcelona, 194 km from Valencia and 226 km from Zaragoza. You can find car rental agencies, which will help you to organise your trip.

GOING BY TRAIN

How to get to the Ebro Delta by train?

The train is another good option for those who need to travel long distances to the Delta quickly and easily.

The closest stops to the Ebro Delta are:

  • Station L’Ampolla-El Perelló-Deltebre. Ideal to start our visit by bicycle. There is no need to take any other public transport to reach our place of accommodation as well as to have access to the different services we need.

Once you arrive at one of these two stations, you will need to take another means of transport to get around. In the case of the first station, you can use a bicycle or even walk, and in the case of the second station, you will need public transport or a car.

GOING BY BUS

If your stay does not include the option of driving a car, you can use the bus. It is an excellent way to visit most of the towns in the Delta in a comfortable and economical way. Once you are in each of the towns you want to visit, it is advisable to hire a bicycle or use a taxi.
