Rice with tradition and innovation

The Mas de Prades restaurant offers traditional cuisine, made from the typical products of the Ebro Delta. Its specialties basically consist of fish and shellfish from the bays in the area.

 

Gastronomic culture

Our house is a tribute to all this culture, that’s why we like to define our restaurant as a rice restaurant. The sea, the river, the bays, the canals and the streams are also part of this tradition.

 

Rice and seafood

Over the years, a wide variety of dishes have emerged from the great wealth of the Ebro Delta that have become a tradition. Smoked eel terrine, rock mussels, razor shells or grilled clams. Black rice, crab rice, lobster or shrimp. Duck rice from the Delta or fideuá de la Reina with vegetables and cod. Grilled meats such as barbecue or Delta duck magret and homemade desserts such as “cocs” or blancmange with rice flour.
