El Molí de Rafel is a wooden rice mill that has been preserved by the third generation of the family, maintaining traditional production methods. Come and learn about the rice harvest and the process of making this precious cereal in the Ebro Delta.

Guided tour with tasting.
Explanation of the cultivation, drying and process in the rice mill.
Advice on varieties and culinary uses.
Final tasting: 2 rice dishes (one salty and one sweet) + alcoholic drink.
