Tour Itinerary
Meeting Point: We will meet at the Sant Jaume d’Enveja pier in Deltebre at the indicated time. Get ready for the adventure!
Safety Instructions: We will begin with a brief explanation about safety measures and the correct use of the kayak.
Start of the Tour: Once ready, we will board the boats and begin rowing along the Ebro River towards the Island of Gracia. Let’s row!
Town of Balada: During the tour, we will pass along the riverside and approach the picturesque town of Balada, famous for housing one of the monumental trees of Catalonia, the Baladre de Balada.
Fauna Observation: Throughout the itinerary, you will enjoy the riverside forest, where you can see white poplars, poplars and tamarinds. You may be lucky enough to spot storks, kingfishers and the elegant gray heron!
Arrival at Gracia Island: We will continue to Gracia Island, in the heart of the Ebro Delta Natural Park, recently declared a Biosphere Reserve. We will navigate its calm waters while our guide tells us all the attractions of the place.
End of the Tour: After an hour and a half of travel, we will return to the meeting point.
