Chalet Simon

Casa Simón is a fully fenced home, equipped to accommodate 4 people and located just 450 meters from the beach. Access to the house is through a covered terrace with garden furniture.

Inside, it offers a living room with a large sofa, satellite TV, stereo and a small desk. Next to it, there is a spacious and bright dining room with an adjoining kitchen equipped with optional air conditioning and all the necessary cooking utensils, including dishes, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, among others.

From a corridor there is access to two shower rooms and a bedroom with two single beds. There is a second spacious bedroom with views of the garden and pool, equipped with a large double bed (made up of two mattresses) and a built-in wardrobe.

Outside, the house has a laundry room with a counter and sink, enough space to store bicycles or sports equipment, as well as an area with a barbecue, private pool and natural grass. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and bars.
