Respect the signs, itineraries and prohibited access areas, use the viewpoints.
Do not do anything that affects the flora, fauna or the environment. The collection of animal or plant species is not allowed.
Camping is only allowed in the campsites or camping areas provided by the Natural Park.
The circulation of vehicles is only allowed on authorized roads and tracks, never outside of them.
Do not litter the Natural Park with any type of rubbish.
In protected areas it is forbidden to bring loose dogs.
The best hours for bird watching are at sunrise and sunset. Binoculars are an essential instrument for observation. The more mimetic the garments are and the more silent you are, the easier it will be to enjoy the birds.
During spring, summer and autumn it is advisable to bring mosquito repellent.
