The Albert Guzman restaurant is a signature cuisine, said in other words, it offers its own creations and recipes based on local natural foods, always respecting the product and tradition. The winery is composed of a selection of wines from the area - Terra Alta, Priorat and Montsant - as well as wines of the highest quality from other regions. 

The restaurant is located in Sant Carles de la Ràpita, in the Delta del Ebro, one of the two Natural Parks of Terres de l'Ebre. It is a natural area considered a Biosphere Reserve, so it is remarkable for its majesty and the fact that tourism is not very massive.
